LetzWin is a matchmaking platform for racket sports (padel, tennis, badminton, and squash) in Luxembourg. The Platform allows users to create and join matches, track rankings, and connect with other players.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (profile information, messages, match results). By submitting content, you grant LetzWin a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform.
LetzWin facilitates the organization of sports matches but is not responsible for the actual sporting activity. Users participate in matches at their own risk. Venue bookings and payments, if applicable, are handled outside the Platform.
LetzWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during sports activities organized through the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
